If you have any problems with your glasses and are not 100% satisfied, The I J Brown Partnership wants to hear from you, we will deal with it immediately!
The I J Brown Partnership guarantee statement:-
We want you to be happy with your new glasses so if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied, we will:
• Exchange your glasses for another pair, if they don’t fit well or just don’t look right on you!
• Replace the lenses, even if you've made a mistake on your prescription!
• Replace the lenses, even if your optician has made a mistake on your prescription!
• Refund ALL monies paid, even if you change your mind!
PLUS, every single pair of glasses we supply is covered by our 12 month guarantee against any defects or breakages including the lenses. In the unlikely event that this should be the case we will either repair or replace at our expense.
Here are some situations where you may want to use our guarantee.
A) You entered your prescription incorrectly due to difficulties with the layout of your opticians form.
Simply return the glasses with a copy of the written prescription, I will decipher the prescription and exchange the lenses for you free of charge or refund your money which ever you prefer.
B) You love your new glasses but they are not quite you.
Simply return them to us but better give us a call and we can assist you to get something more suitable for you and exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer.
C) For some reason you find that your new glasses don't fit as expected.
Simply return them to us or give us a call and we will advise a more suitable frame exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer.
D) You discover that you've changed your mind and you didn't really want any new glasses in the first place.
Simply send them back with a note explaining and we will refund all monies paid.
Most situations that arise can normally be resolved with a conversation, it is good to talk, so call us if you have a problem or email us.

We aim to despatch all orders within fourteen working days. Your glasses are going to be individually made to your specification we want to to do it well.

A contract between the customer and I J brown for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer's credit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate), and the goods have been adopted. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that title will not pass until a period of three months has elapsed since the items were despatched. These terms apply regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods. I J Browns total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by I J Brown to the customer. The I J Brown Partnership shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way The I J Brown Partnership cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the website. This statement does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, then the expected delivery date will be highlighted in your shopping bag. This date is liable to change. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation.
Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer. Resale of any product without our express, written consent is strictly prohibited.
Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. We will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days and in more than one package.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different from that charged at delivery.
